You can't drop objects. Once a figure has picked up an object, the only way to get rid of it is use it in an attack or lose Super Strength from Outwit or damage.

Read the rules. They do a body good!

How do you figure that? If the damage isn't inflicted the life force isn't stolen thus no increase in damage.
