Hi, me again. I was just wondering, it says in the rule book that you can only be under the point value you are shooting for, not over. I only have the IC rule book, so i was wondering if that changed that you could go to maybe like 5 points over. Or doesnt it really matter?

In a tournament game no matter what game system you are using you can't go over. In a friendly game its up to your opponent.

If there was an overage allowance they would just make the point value something like 305.
