A friend was telling me at a tourney he went to there was some rulings made he was uncertain about. Any help please I thought I was right.

1.) Can you use your full speed to move and attack with HSS? *I thought yes but someone said no*

2.) If I use the Wildcard TA to copy the Alt FF TA to make it 19 can I use ICWO to make it 20 with a +1? *I too thought yes but others are saying no*

3.) I thought it was possible for someone like Magog to do 11 clicks of damage with PPX and an objects dmg rating. But someone made the ruling that both PPX dmg and the dmg of an object qualify under the rule of 3.

sorry, the above post is for #1, and as for #3 the ruleing is that objects dont cout towards the rule of three because they only increase the damage delt. from the FAQ and from the universe quick start rules:

No. This is apparently an exception to Hair10's general rule of "Replace then modify". With the Alt FF TA, you "modify then replace".

Object damage does not qualify under the rule of 3. Objects modify damage dealt not damage value. Damage value is limited by the rule of 3. Damage dealt is not.

Further clarification on this:
If you have ICwO assigned to the Sue Storm LE, she can certainly perform a non-free action and up her Defense to 20. However, as has been stated above, since the F4 Feat only allows her to share her unmodified Defense value, the rest of the team would only have access to her 19.
If you also have ICwO assigned to another F4 member(or wildcard), they still cant get to 20. As SimonMoon5 mentioned, this seems to go against the 'replace then modify' rule... but this is really due to a timing issue that is not always obvious, that puts the 'modify' well before the 'replace'. Here's how it works:
The other team members only get to share Sue's Defense when it's necessary, not all the time. When it's your turn, your figs have their normal Defense values, and you can certainly assign them a non-free action and boost their Defense if you wish... but that only changes their own printed Defense by 1, not the 19. The 19 only comes into play when the figure is targeted by an attack, and the 19 would replace the normal defense that you boosted much earlier on your own turn. Again, it's modified during the initial ICwO action, but then replaced later by Sue's 19 when the 'Agent' is attacked. In other words, you can't Perplex/ICwO that 19 on anyone but Sue herself during your turn, because you simply don't have that 19 available on anyone else until those figs are attacked.
