I have a couple Feat card questions as I have never used them before but I realized I had better cause everyone else is.
I'm sure it does but does NAAT count for the Passenger feat? ie. If I have Passenger on Cloak and he takes Dagger with him, when the move is done can Dagger attack?
If I am playing an FF team, if I use the FF alternate TA to replace Human Torch's defense with Invisible Woman's, and I have brilliant tactician on Mr. Fantastic, can the Torch then perplex up his defense after declaring he has the Invisible Woman's Defense?
I am playing in the Armor Wars pre-release. if I want to use Armor Piercing from DC Legacy is that allowed? I don't go to tournaments hardly at all and I don't know if you can play DC in a Marvel pre-release or not.

Yes, NAAT still counts, just as it does for Transporters and any other method of carrying.

No. If you use ICwO to raise up Torches' DEF, it will raise his base defense (like 16 -> 17), which in turn gets replaced by the AFF TA. You also couldn't use ICwO to raise Invisible Woman's DEF, because AFF uses the unmodified defense value.

Sure. For a long time now Heroclix has been deem a "Single Universe" game and any figure/card from any non-retired set can be used in those constructed tournaments.

Just wanted to point out that he says nothing about ICWO... He wants to use regular Perplex to raise his defense. While all your arguments still stand in that case, there is still one more thing to consider: The effects of Perplex end at the end of th current turn. This means that if you use Perplex to raise one of your figures defense, they will only have the raised defense during your turn. During your opponent's turn, the bonus no longer applies.

Isn't the AW Pre-Release a Sealed event?
If so you could only use the Feat cards pulled from your boosters.

There are two parts. The first part is for those players that have not already qualified. It is a sealed event, using 3 Armor Wars boosters. The top 16 players get to move on to the second part.
The second part is a constructed event, so those Legacy Feats (and more) are legal. Armor Wards figures and Feats are NOT legal in the second part though.
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.
