Is there a reason HERBIE is shown with a Fantastic Forces logo on the pog, and Armor Wars on the card?
Nice catch...
I really like all the versions of Quick Silver, but I really like the Vet. I know you get a free attack on the exp but the vet is so versitile for an x-men team. Great herassment fig, moble medic, and support piece imoblisser.
Cant wait.
Shell head is cool to.
Who is the more foolish? The fool, or the fool who follows him?

Swinglines prerequisite is the boot speed symbol, so non ranged people can benifit from the not yielding to hindering terrain and the +1 movement, they just can't benifit from the ranged second part of the card.
Quicksilver is awesome (ALL Versions), and interesting Idea with the Shellhead on The Phoenix and Dark Phoenix. The new set is starting to shape up much better!!!
Fun stuff all around. E Quicksilver looks to be my favorite in the family. V is solid as well, but considering that the usual tourney team size around these parts is 300-400 he wouln't fit into too many of my teams. Shellhead is nice as well. (LE Surfer and Nova get a new trick!)
He was in the Brotherhood in the 60s and in the avengers off and on from the 60's on. He finally joined X-factor in the 90's. I think they got hime just right, especially his time as a villian in the 80's when he led the Zodiac (they even got he LE right!)
See but I remember him going back to the Avengers after X-factor also.
I LOVE the figure(s) and the Vet is the most powerful version, I just feel that he should be an Avenger. But at least the cheaper E figure makes it easier to T-bolt Quicksilver to an Ultimate.
Chuck Norris is the only person who can simultaneously hold and fire FIVE Uzis: One in each hand, one in each foot, and the 5th one he roundhouse-kicks into the air, so that it sprays bullets.
Vet has ... what ? 20 def against range ? Only Ultimate Thor could hit him at that
but one hit and there goes a lot of your 105 points
Are you joking? If my Quicksilver gets hit for 5 damage then I am going to HSS him to safety either to Xorn, a paramedic, or an object if he has Nanobots on him...just matters who I am playing. But even if Thor gets a good hit on him I'm going to make sure that puts Thor out in the open for my retaliation! Force Field will be great on the V...

My only complain is about his dial full of 2 damages. I am not a specialist, but I don't think Quiksilver hit so hard. The first clicks could have 2 damage, but not nearly all the dial.
Well unlike Flash, Quicksilver isn't a nice guy and doesn't have much restraint so the 2 damage down his dial does make some sense.
Heroclix 5th Anniversary: Expect Nothing...you won't be as disappointed that way.
You have Experience Northstar with a HSS and a free move (Avenger) now you have Experience Quicksilver with more life.
I remembered playing with Ultimate Thor and I had Exp Northstar. Thor just wipe Northstar with one hit (outwitting toughness). Cost me going to the top 8 of the 2005 Philadelphia Convention world championship (landed 16th place - lost againts the top 3 - Thor team). Now let us say the same Ult. Thor hits Experience Quicksilver. This time, Quicksilver won't die in 1 hit.
Better choice, I guess with better defense.

Mark

Ever since Peter David explained in X-Factor why Quicksilver is so impatient and arrogant I have loved him. I have waited for this version of him and they did not dissapoint. Thank you Wizkids!
