I am building a 300 pt. team of nothing but 40 pointers. Both of these two are 40 points and I have one slot open on my team. Which do you think I should go with? Any other suggestions would obviosly be appreciated.

Team:
Plastic Man - Rookie
Zatanna - Experienced
Braniac 5 - Rookie
Shadowcat - Veteran
Hawkeye (ult)- Rookie w/ Trick Shot
Harpoon - Rookie

Tough call. Both are solid figs.

Normally I would probably go with Deathstroke because of the front-loaded Outwit; but with Brainiac 5 you already have that covered.

E. Ravenger is harder to hit that her father, due to her Super Senses, but she only has a 5 click dial and no Regeneration, so she will die quickly if you fail to roll 5's or 6's.

Ravenger, however, is more capable offensively due to her 9 Attack, 3 Damage and BCF.

In this particular case, I would probably go with Ravenger, as a little extra firepower could be all that your team needs to be successful.

That said, I don't think that you could go wrong using either one of them. Both are fun and useful figs.

You could always try to use both for a "Take your daughter to work day" theme...

Ravager is one of my favorite Legacy figs. I always find her useful.

Not really from a dial standpoint, but she just has something about her that keeps the opponent away.. haha.
