Question about the JGP.

I got mine yesterday and would like to use her in a game tomorrow.

She's got the Armor Wars symbol on her, but I thought I read that LEs like this are legal when you get them and it's not based on the set they are in.

Can anyone give me a definitive answer?

(And yes, I've also asked my judge, but I'd like to have the opinions of the smart folks on the Realms as well.)

LEs/mailaways legal when in hand.

Any powers/abilities introduced from the new set the figure is in are not allowed to be used. (i.e. LE Clint Barton can be played before Ultimates came out, but the Ultimates team ability could not be.)
