has there been a ruling on the passenger feat? the way its worded it says nothing about after you carry a figure not giving them a action, its a feat not a taxi manuver so whats the deal can you passenger a figure and then let that figure take an immediate action or what?

Any time you carry a figure (doesn't matter if it is with a Standard flier, a Tranpsporter, or a figure using Passenger) the carried figure can not do anything except free actions after the taxi.

Because it allows that figure to carry another figure, all rules for carrying apply: carriers cannot be carried, no action after taxi (read: being carried).

There is no such technical thing as a "taxi manuever" [sic]. It's all "carrying."
