Wow, its ben awhile since I have been on HCRealms hehe. Well I geuss its time I got back in the groove of things. Ok, so I am in a 300 point tourny this weekend and I am wondering what kind of figures and cards to run with a KC GL . Here is my team so far:
U KC Green Lantern (Oracle)
E Paramedic
E Spoiler (Oracle)
R Mandroid Armor
the only reason I am running spoiler is because I cant think of another good 15 point fig that is deceent. I personally think that I need some prob just in case someone actually hits GL but I dont know what to take off for a Rookie Destiny or any other Prober. Any and all advice is welcomed and appreciated. thanx for your time
Try one of these
KC GL +Trick Shot
R Jinx + Sidekick
Or try
KC GL +Force field
R icons raven + Sidekick
Both come out to 299. Both have PC. One has a medic one doesn't. Also Raven offers BArrier along with PC.

LE Little Sure Shot is great for 15 points.
R. Robin (HT) is also very good, and has the Bat Ally Team Ability to provide GL with a little "Stealth Shield", so to speak.

I would highly recommend adding Force Field to GL; this can be the difference between a win and a loss sometimes.
One idea would be to drop both R. Mandroid Armor (GL doesn't really need TK anyway) and E. Spoiler.
This would save you 45 points, allowing you to add LE Little Sure Shot, and several Feats to GL.
Feats that can be extremely beneficial: Force Field, Slippery, Armor Piercing, Protected, and Trick Shot.
My personal preference, in this particular instance, would be to go with Force Field and Trick Shot (or Protected and Trick Shot).
One last bit of advice: If you play against a LAMP team and you didn't use Slippery, try at all costs to avoid Pushing GL; that is exactly what those type of teams are looking for.
Good luck...

Trick Shot-20pts
Force Field-10pts
Protected-8pts
all feats on GL
This is the build im going to play for my local 300 pt tourney's. its 298 in points and simply to play. Just carry the witch with GL and make sure she is in Hinddering Terrain so you can hide behind her and shot with GL. She also has Prob control which makes this a very hard team to deal with. plus she can do some damage after GL gets its hits in......
Force Field provides Toughness to any fig that has any one of these powers: Barrier, Defend, Energy Shield/Deflection, or Telekinesis.
They can't, however, have any Damage Reducers on their dial, and when a fig no longer has any of these 4 Powers showing on their dial, they can't use Force Field.
So, for example, when KC Green Lantern hits click #5 on his dial, he can't use Force Field again until his last 2 clicks, which have Defend.
KC Green Lantern is a good choice for Force Field; Protected also works very well in conjunction with his Willpower/20 Defense Value combination.
I hope that is clear and understandable...
