Another good fig for this (if it is Unrestricted) is RE Puppet Master but dont use the Vet if you have any other usefull TA's. I had someone who brought out V Puppet Master and V Lex Corp Battle Armor.
Also be wary of anyone with Impervious/Invulnerable. There is a good chance that no one on your opponents team will be able to hurt them.

How in the name of god to you win with that team? Rarely do any figures in one of these do more than 2 damage, so how would Hecate and Doomsday have been killed?

I wouldn't say that I took it out of context; it was the "and" that threw me off and made me think what I did.
