Ok so lets say my Ultimate Mags is next to 2 different heavy objects. He has line of site to 2 different characters. Can he double shot and tk the 2 heavy objects at each one? (one for each)

No. The power description for TK specifies that they may move a single object or character.

Furthermore, and to be more precise, Telekinesis is a Power Action, not a Ranged Action, and as such, ignores the rules for Ranged Combat.

Well, a power action does activate it, but attacking with TK (throwing objects) is a free ranged combat attack; so that really doesn't have anything to do with it.

The only reason it doesn't work is as Quebbster said.

TELEKINESIS (optional): Give this character a power action and choose one of the following. Note that for option 1 and 2, the target character automatically breaks away and ignores the effects of characters and hindering terrain on movement. The target may be placed on elevated terrain but may not be placed on or in blocking terrain. This character must have a clear line of fire to the target square. (1) It may make one close combat attack. This attack deals no damage. If the attack is successful, you may move the target character up to 10 squares. (2) It may move a target adjacent object that is not being held or a target friendly character up to 10 squares. (3) It may make a ranged combat attack using an object that is not held by another character (see the “Objects” section of the rulebook). This character must have a clear line of fire to the target of the attack.

See? It is a ranged combat attack, but a single ("an") object is specified.
