As long as he fits the prerequisites, yes. Please note though... some feats have been errata'ed to say they cannot go on big figs -- Shellhead and Lazarus Pit, but the others are good, as long as he can use them.

In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.

Works like a charm!
