As an owner of Impulse from another team (JLI RULE!!), may I suggest Swingline for Impulse? Not having to worry about hindering terrain is very very helpful, and the +1 to movement doesn't hurt either.

I'm gonna be all over Swingline/Armor Piercing (dunno which yet) after his next upgrade, but for now... Actually being able to hit people is more important.

As someone whose average roll seems to be around 5.5, I need all the attack boosts I can get
