Poor, poor Count Nefaria. The fact that he could run 10 and shoot 10 made him playable, especially when he had Unstoppable working since he could plow through a wall, ignore the rubble he created and zoom in to grab an object out from under someone and smack them over the head.

Now he has to sit in the tackle box wishing he could fly and remembering the "good old days".
