Feat Cards that require Stealth as Pre-Requisites can be used by figures that have the Batman TA and no Stealth shown on it´s dials??

Like Ambush on a V Nightwing ...

No, unless one of the prerequisites is "Stealth or a TA that grants Stealth-like ability".

There is a difference between TAs that grant a power (like Superman Enemy actually grants Outwit) and the Batman Ally TA, which mimics a power.

The Batman Ally TA does not grant Stealth -- it only mimics it -- and therefore the figures are not eligible for Feats that require the power Stealth.
