Would a group of figures hit by Armor Wars take an extra click of damage if Armor Wars is in play?

I meant Energy Explosion. Haven't had my wake-up juice yet.

If damage was reduced in anyway, yes. EE damage all by itself, though, isn't a reduction of the damage value, it is a replacement value; the damage becomes one.

So if you hit a bunch of 'soft' targets, EE will only do its normal damage.
