oki urgent in middle of full scale war and i need answer! i dunno if this should be in some other thread or not or i dunno but i am posting this here!!!
its simple...
can you tk a character off a building on to the ground bellow? tking char is on edge of building and has clear line of fire.
Yes you can do that but keep in mind if you are TKing an enemy, TKing them off elevated terrain won't damage them. It's not like force blast where they are knocked back and fall to the grounded elevation. It just moves them.
You can TK anybody anywhere as long as anywhere is within 10 squares and you have a clear LOF to it.
You can TK standard sized, non-double based characters anywhere as long as anywhere is within 10 squares and you have a clear LOF to it, except onto outdoor blocking terrain (marked on maps with brown borders).
Much better now
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.
Thanks for the help.

However, I would not put it past some people to try and argue that you can see the 'edge' of blocking terrain, similar to the rim of elevated terrain. You can't, and the fact that characters can not occupy blocking terrain renders the whole point moot any way, but I think Funky Jett was trying to head off any particular questions down that line of reasoning.
Just to clarify, you do not move a character "anywhere within 10 squares" of the TKer. Rather, you move the target 10 squares (with the exceptions noted above).
