Leadership is a power that can be useful only in certain situations. Ex small point games and at the start of the game. After the the second or third round leadership is not that useful. I wondering if changing leadership to the following would be more useful.
(optional) If a friendly character roles a critcal miss, role for leadership. On a 4,5, or 6 that character misses, but does not take damage from the critcal miss. (2) if a piece with leadership showing on it's dial roles a critcal miss, it does not take damage, but still misses the attack.
I feel that it would be more useful for certain situations.

It is an interesting idea, but unless there is an actual rules question involved, you are much better off posting this in either the 'General' or the 'Dreams and Desires' forum.
This isn't meant as an insult or anything, but especially since people come here to get (semi-) official answers to questions, they might see this and think it is some new rule for Leadership off of the new PAC (or something). Stranger things have happened.
