I want to now where i can find a list of power that you can re-roll (only one dice), because i always see different opinion of what can be re-roll and what canīt.
So if you guys can give a hand here
I know: after the attack roll and always whit clear LoF.....
1 B/C/F NO
2 support NO not sure ????
3 reduce damage powers NO
4 super senses NO
5 regeneration NO
6 leadirship donīt no but i think is a NO.
7 Whit feats like earthquake or white noise NO not sure???
So if i am right why the rules say " dice or dices" please i am really confused so any help from you will be great.

If it is a character rolling the die (or dice) and you have clear LOF with PC, you can reroll it. It really is that simple.
BCF is a roll by a character, so it can be re-rolled. Same with Support, Regen, attack rolls, Leadership, whatever... Rolls that aren't actually made by a character can not be re-rolled (i.e. Earthquake is rolled by a character, it just something you do at the beginning of your turn).
An area that confuses some people (and what might be causes some of your difficulty) is that you may only re-roll your rolls on your turn and your opponent's rolls on your opponent's turn. Since you are normally rolling your Super Senses rolls on your opponent's turn, you don't get to re-roll that (it is one of your rolls, but it is during an opponent's turn). Some rare circumstances result in Super Senses/Impervious rolls on your own turn, like catching one of your own characters is an EE attack, and in that particular case you could reroll Super Senses/Impervious.

1 B/C/F YES
2 support YES
3 reduce damage powers YES, if you rolled it on your turn or your opponent rolled it on his turn
4 super senses YES, if you rolled it on your turn or your opponent rolled it on his turn
5 regeneration YES
6 leadirship YES
7 Whit feats like earthquake or white noise Earthquake, NO... but you can force a reroll of an Impervious roll after you hit EQ. White Noise NO
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.
Can you make your opponent reroll the die roll that determines how much the character is healed?
It's a roll made by a character. So, yes.

Also, if Earthquake hits on your turn, you can't make your opponent reroll their Impervious right?
Right. People can only be made to reroll their die rolls on their own turn. But as Funky was suggesting, if Earthquake happens on your turn, you can reroll your own Impervious. If Earthquake happens on your opponent's turn, you can make them reroll their own Impervious.
Or it could be because he is from Venezuala and he is ESL. What's your excuse for being an arse?
Take a sip of water or something before you write rude responses (I had some diet Coke) and think to yourself "does this really benefit the game, or have I just had a carppy day and this will again make me feel superior to all that come in contact with me."
Every relationship is fundamentally a power struggle, and the individual in power is whoever likes the other person less.
