can some one plz give me some team ideas for Vet Gl from unleashed
i dont have that many of teh new figures the last set i bouht from wat cosmic justice and i have about 12 or so figs from collateral damage

would you list the figs you do have so we know what we have to work with?

A classic strategy using the Unleashed GL is what is commonly referred to as the "GL Tank" team.

1) You slap Trickshot on GL

2) add 3 Rookie Hand Ninjas (no range, 11 pts) and put them in front of GL, adding +3 to his ranged attacks.

3) add 2 Rookie Con Artists (11 points, Perplex) to place in the middle row next to GL

4) add 2 Vet U-Men or Exp Hive troopers (enhancement, 22 points) for the 2 corner squares behing GL.

5) add a Medic of some sort to fill the square directly behind GL


Your formation should look like this:

HHH
CGC
UMU

H=Hand Ninjas
C=Con Artist
U=U-Men
M=Medic

You keep figures surrounding GL, making it very, very difficult to hit him. Unless your opponent has Trick Shot too.

Each turn you can running shot for 5 damage with a 13 attack and you can Perplex the range up to an 11.

The total should be just about 300 points.

i like the tank idea but if possible i would like to make this an all dc team

Perhaps switch out the Ninjas for Gotham Undercover. They still give the Stealth/PD combo the ninjas give.

Replace the Con Artists for DEO Agents.

Boom, you've got an all DC team. Although it may be a little over 300 with the upgrades.

And replace the V U-men with E HIVE Troopers...

And/or switch out one U-Men/HIVE with The Red Hood for a bit more Stealth Protection for just 4 more points...
