Just doing some wikipedia searching and decided I wanted to make a Marauders team. It ended up being a 500 point (496 actually). Let's hear some opinions (and yes I already know that superman would crush this team and that it can not hit the broad side of a sue storm)
Gambit Veteran
Archlight Veteran
Blockbuster (sub in) Experienced
Harpoon Vetreran
Polaris LE Nova Blast
Sabretooth Veteran (auto Regeneration)
Vertigo Experienced
I actually prefer the R. Harpoon over either of his counterparts, as he is the only one with Running Shot overlapping with Energy Explosion.
When Mutant Mayhem first debuted, I had a good deal of success with him, and have enjoyed his usefulness ever since.
If you did downgrade the Vet. Harpoon to Rookie Status, you would have 10 points left over--enough to upgrade V. Sabretooth to LE Victor Creed, or to add a Feat such as Armor Piercing to Harpoon, for instance.
Nice theme...

The only thing I would do would be to take out BlockBuster and sub in either Forge or Bishop for Scalphunter. It would give you room for a feat or two also. But of course using an X-man in a Marauders themed team might go against all your sensibilities.
Every relationship is fundamentally a power struggle, and the individual in power is whoever likes the other person less.

I played this exact team once, I thought it was so cool until I lost every dice roll on deciding the map, so mobility was a big problem, but it is fun. Try it you might like it.
