can anyone give me a list of figs with phasing and poison on their starting click and names would help greatly

I think Ghost Widow from CoV has both, but I could be wrong

Also REV LE Cloak have it too

The only ones I can think of are Ghost Widow and Cloak. The units section doesn't seem to be much help with this (for some reason).

That LE is Tyrone Johnson, btw.

i was hoping i could find enough figs to build a 300 point army put armor piercing on all of them to i think it would make a mean team.

The following figures have Phasing and Poison on first click:
REV Cloak, LE/SR Tyrone Johnson
LE Ghost Widow
LE Rex Mason

E Firestar has Poison on her first click and has Spider-Man TA, so she could copy Serpent Society, if you included one on your team.

V Firestar and LE Angelica Jones have Poison on their first click and have the Avengers TA, so they could use the Thunderbolt Feat to copy Serpent Society.

I have not looked at figures from the Sinister set.

LE Angelica Jones w/Thunderbolts, E Cloak, LE Ghost Widow w/Automatic Regeneration, LE Rex Mason and Armor Piercing on all 4. Angelica and Widow are your taxis.

great team build that is what type of team i was looking for.

I faced a team of four E Firestars, a V Silver Sable, a V Asp, a couple random Avenger T-bolted to Superman Enemy and Sue Storm the other day.

4 flying phasing poisoners that all have Outwit when they're placed next to each other...on the Sinister map. Scary.
