Does anyone remember the exact quote Batman said to Cap during their confrontation?

I ask because I remember it being something like "It's conceivable that you could beat me, Avenger, but it would take a long time." But the following, from AZS's blog from SDCC, has me doubting my recollection:

The above seems to indicate that Batman actually said something like "If we fought, you would beat me Avenger, but it would take a long time."

Can anyone clarify this for me?

((For the record, I'm not obsessed with whether Batman could beat Cap -- I just wanna make sure my memory of what was written is accurate, and to get corrected if it is not))

No, his words were pretty much what you stated. Bats said "It's conceivable......" He never stated that Cap could/would beat him.

I suppose I could wander upstairs and get my copy, but it's basically
"It's conceivable you could beat me Avenger, but do you want to?"

The general point of Batman's statement is to show Cap his due respect, but imply that he'd have an edge in combat...that's how I read it.
