Well I'm still out on this one. Seemed like another "lets reinvent the character to boost the sales ploy" It's painfully obvious that the Dweller is Orin, and after reading the last issue I'm thinking Arthur is a clone of Aquaman. Can't remember the name of the organization before OYL, but they had Orin's DNA and copyrighted it, it seems to me that maybe they decided to create their own Aquaman in the abscence of the original.

That's certainly possible that the new Arthur is a clone with fake memories... but erg, I trust Buseik not to do 'Aquaman: The Clone Saga'. I prefer the theory that he's a recreated/reintroed Golden Age Aquaman vareint caused by Infinte Crisis or something like that... though that origin could also easily result in convulation.
