My friend and i were playing a 300 point game today. I have never used a superman piece before so i decided to play the Man of steel piece since i just got him in the mail....all i can say is wow.

I played:

Man of Steel with Protected
Danger Room Storm
E Mandroid Armor

and a few 3 point pogs. (Would have used lian harpers but i can't find my 1 and only)

his team (from what i remember)

V FF Hawkeye with Protected
Sinister Wolverine
AW Spider-man
and some pog..

What i did was set storm in hindering terrain to lure out my opponents figures and then go in hit with Man of steel and then TK out a Pog to use as a shield for MoS or to type up the piece with MoS next to them so he'd have to hit a 18 defense pog...man..i anihillated..maybe it's just because superman was involved but my opponents mandroid armor rolled 2 critical hits on Superman..which did all of 0 damage..heh

I would have just had Supes tote around a pog with him to use for the same purposes you were using, and let the mandroid tk storm into hindering. that way Supes and Storm could both attack in the same turn, which would be pretty rough. Supes can deal with the stealthers while storm blows people out in the open away. But that is just me. Sounds like things went great for you either way.
