i will try to answer as much as i can
if the tournament is 4 rounds you need 3 real battle fields and a placeholder. you can only have one of a card.
you can play as many cards on a character as you want but you cant reapeat a card. like you cant play two protects on the same character
I dont know about the rarity of the cards thingy.
Transporters (as long as they are not adjancent) can make basically a hypersonic attack but thier attack is minused by 2
after you have been carried by a friendly character you cant make any other action

You may use one Battle Field Condition at a time.

Any feat a figure can use, feel free to put it on him. However, you can only use one copy per figure. So you cannot use 3 Protecteds on one figure. I shudder to think of that...

If you mean new rules, there better not be more so soon. The newest rules came with Danger Room. There are hints of new team abilities. I think that will be it with Supernova.

They are all supposed to be the same rarity. Some are just far better than others, so they are hard to get.

Transporters are able to carry other figures, much like a flyer. They follow all the same rules. Also, transporters have a special move and attack power. This power is similar to Hypersonic Speed option 1, except:
* They cannot start adjacent to an opposing figure when using this power.
* They get -2 to their attack value when using this power.

Just a free action, nothing else.

Further clarification on two of the questions:

In tournament play, you have the opportunity to play one BFC per game -- as it has been said by JLAFlash14 and meatmunk, you can only play one card one time. You play one BFC per round/game, but in ONE game, you have to play a "placeholder" -- which is basically a "I'm not playing a BFC this round/game" card. You cannot play the same card more than once in a tournament, so no more than one Ordinary Day per tournament. And finally, this is all only for Approved Play tournaments -- special scenarios may allow you to play more than one BFC, in home games for fun you can play whatever you like, and a popular tournament event some judges use is to randomly select BFCs.
