Can you use ranged combat to target walls? Please let me know.

if you have a natural 3 damage you can do a range attack and destroy the wall, but if you are using RCE and have less than a 3 damage then you cannot use RCE to destroy the wall

The reason why is because of the description. Under RCE:Note the bold "character". Pre-Danger Room, it would be legal, but in Danger Room, they added that it has to be a character, not just any target. It's the same with Close Combat Expert.
