SUPERNOVA: New cards = New Questions..............
1. If a Wildcard copies a team ability does it qualify for the Alphastrike archenemy status?
2. If I midcontrol an archenemy figure under the Alphastrike rules and that figures then becomes a friendly figure that happens to be KO'd during its free action, (say, through a critical miss, etc) does it equal the end of Alphastrike since "a character on my force" did not technically "defeat the opposing archenemy"?
3. If I Taunt an archenemy figure under the Alphastrike rules with a Mystic and the resulting counterattack KO's the archenemy figure due to Mystic feedback does it equal the end of the Alphastrike?
4. If I have Siphon Power on my wildcard and Loyalty is played, can I still use the team ability of enemy figures?
5. Can Pounce & Sunder be used together?
6. Can Flurry & Sunder be used together?
7. When using Tactics can a wildcarded team ability be used to match the figure with Leadership and still qualify for the extra action that is granted?
8. If Low Gravity is in play and I use Whirlwind does every figure hit get the extra knockback?
9. If I roll doubles for a standard knockback while using Whirlwind does every figure hit get the extra knockback?
10. What happends if Darkness is played on the Space Map??
1. If a Wildcard copies a team ability does it qualify for the Alphastrike archenemy status?
No. Alphastrike specifies team symbol.

The Alpha Strike ending conditions have not been met. A character on your force did not KO the AE.

3. If I Taunt an archenemy figure under the Alphastrike rules with a Mystic and the resulting counterattack KO's the archenemy figure due to Mystic feedback does it equal the end of the Alphastrike?
No. Again, a character on your your did not KO the AE.

4. If I have Siphon Power on my wildcard and Loyalty is played, can I still use the team ability of enemy figures?
I don't know for sure; I haven't seen an official ruling on this one yet. However, I would think the answer would be no. BFC tend to trump all existing rules (except for core mechanics like the rule of 3); if you could violate BFC rules/limitations simply by applying feats, everyone and their grandmothers would be playing Haymaker + Power Dampening Field.

5. Can Pounce & Sunder be used together?
Yes. All Sunder requires is that BCF be showing on the dial; nowhere does it say you must actually use BCF. What it does say, though, is that the character succeed with a close combat attack... which is precisely what Pounce grants at the end of the movement (a free close combat attack).

6. Can Flurry & Sunder be used together?
Again, yes. Flurry grants two free close combat attacks.

7. When using Tactics can a wildcarded team ability be used to match the figure with Leadership and still qualify for the extra action that is granted?
No. Tactics specifies team symbol.

8. If Low Gravity is in play and I use Whirlwind does every figure hit get the extra knockback?
What extra knock back? Whirlwind is not an attack and it deals no damage, it is simply a mutli-target Force Blast. Low Gravity has no interaction with Force Blast (or Whirlwind) at all.

9. If I roll doubles for a standard knockback while using Whirlwind does every figure hit get the extra knockback?
Again, you do not roll to attack. Whirlwind is a multi-target Force Blast. You may wish to re-read the PAC entry for Force Blast again.

10. What happends if Darkness is played on the Space Map??
Umm... Darkness is in effect? I am not sure where you are going with this. Is there some specific mechanic of Darkness vs the Space Map rules you are unclear on?
1. If a Wildcard copies a team ability does it qualify for the Alphastrike archenemy status? Alpha Strike is based on team symbols, so no.
2. If I midcontrol an archenemy figure under the Alphastrike rules and that figure then becomes a friendly figure that happens to be KO'd during its free action, (say, through a critical miss, etc) does it equal the end of Alphastrike since "a character on my force" did not technically "defeat the opposing archenemy"? 3. If I Taunt an archenemy figure under the Alphastrike rules with a Mystic and the resulting counterattack KO's the archenemy figure due to Mystic feedback does it equal the end of the Alphastrike? I don't even know what the regular ruling is for Mystics damage KOing an opposing character...
4. If I have Siphon Power on my wildcard and Loyalty is played, can I still use the team ability of enemy figures? The Siphon Power feat card changes your WC's Team Ability, so I would say yes.
5. Can Pounce & Sunder be used together? Yes. The Pouncer is not using BCF, just resolving a cc attack. Sunder has a BCF prerequisite only.
6. Can Flurry & Sunder be used together? Sure.
7. When using Tactics can a wildcarded team ability be used to match the figure with Leadership and still qualify for the extra action that is granted? Tactics is based on team symbol, so no.
8. If Low Gravity is in play and I use Whirlwind does every figure hit get the extra knockback? No. Low Gravity requires an attack to take place. Force Blast is no longer an attack.
9. If I roll doubles for a standard knockback while using Whirlwind does every figure hit get the extra knockback? If your character is using Whirlwind, you won't be rolling an attack.
10. What happends if Darkness is played on the Space Map??
Range values are replaced with a 6 and you go from there.
The Siphon Power feat card changes your WC's Team Ability, so I would say yes.
However, from the Siphon Power description:
Choose a character. This character has the following team ability instead of any team ability for team symbols printed on its base:
Once at the beginning of each player’s turn, this character may choose and use on that turn any team ability that any figure on the battle map possesses. This team ability follows all other rules for the wild card team ability.
So other than being able to use opposing character's TA (and the whole beginning of the turn timing), it is still a wildcard TA. Hence the reason I stated in my post that I don't think Loyalty would work any differently.
This is one of those areas that I would really like to see some clarification; it could go either way very easily.
My inclination would be to allow the wildcard to choose an opposing character's TA at the beginning of the game if its controller wanted, but otherwise apply Loyalty normally (so it couldn't change TAs on later turns).
That way the intent of both cards is somewhat preserved.
