Officially, if I am playing a Battle Royale and pull say U Thanos, Zombie whoever and 2 scrubs...I'd have to take one and pass the rest. A) I wouldn't pass the zombie nor would I want to play him (i'd want tos ell him sealed) and b) I'm not about to pass thanos.

So can I buy another pack and just keep the other one since I bought it? I figure no one can stop me from just walking away.....but at that point I guess I'd be out of the tourney. Would I be legally allowed back in or am I out?

up to the judge, if he would allow you to do so, me...I would allow you to do so, can completely understand any player wanting to do that

I agree with SNIK. If you were playing at my venue and this happened I would allow you to do so. If the other players had a problem with it, I would ask them what if they were in his/her shoes and was made to decide.

I am not a judge, but as a player, I would let you buy another booster if you pulled that. You spent your money and should get to keep those spoils, so as long as you got another one and got back in the tourney I would be ok with it.

But you had better not try using any of those pack's figs in the game!

HAHA! Nice! I can just imagine someone trying to argue that I HAD to pass them either Thanos or the Zombie...then I'd laugh and drop them in an armbar =)

I'm on the same page as the rest - go get another booster!!
