ok so they are posting the alien's stats on horrorclix and they are pretty compatiable with heroclix...but here's my question

the new alien adds +1 to dmg for each action token on a an opponent its hitting....

do you think a more-than-two-tokened MoE figure should get +3 dmg ??

MoE figures don't get extra tokens past two.

Galactus does, however (well, technically last I checked).

Nope. There's never a need to add any more than 2 tokens to any figure.
