Do you receive an action token when you use the X-Men TA?

I believe the person who takes the damage gets a token, but not the person getting healed. Normalview will probably hop on this pretty soon with a more official ruling, but this is how our venue has always used it.

You definetely take an action token, but I'm unsure who it goes to.

I think you can choose, I have often hurt Emma frost or Colossus to get onto their good clicks and given them the token, but that might have been against the rules.

Nope, the token definitely goes on the person who takes the damage. The person who is healed stays actionless as a result.

From the Marvel Team Abilities document.

"At the beginning of an action in which two friendly members of this team are adjactent you may give one of those characters a power action and deal one click of unavoidable damage to it. The other adjactent friendly character is healed one click of damage"

So yeah you get an action token for a power action.
