Not sure why anyone would play this for 29 points, when you can play Oracle for 2 points less.

The only nice thing is the ESD on his first click that might help him taxi other figs around te map. Incap can barely be used because of the poor AV.

Barely fits in any themed team.

Horrible dial, but he's the cheapest source of GL keyword. Use him as a filler for GL theme teams. If defended by Ch'p, then that ESD could be pretty nasty.
