This is a pretty good version, especially when paired up with another Batman Enemy.

Super (and cheap) Brilliant Tactician for Batman Enemies. Really needs a remake though, for the sake of comic accuracy.

This piece REALLY needs a good Bat Enemy to pair up with - otherwise her low attack will drag her down into the gutter. By herself, she's a pretty unremarkable Perplex piece. That last click of Outwit is good for a lark if your opponent doesn't see it coming, or if she's standing next to an 11-attack to borrow for her Energy Explosion.

There should really be more of a drawback to using Energy Explosion when your accuracy is that bad...

With Smoke Cloud being better than ever, this Harley can force a jarring -2 AV onto her foes. That kind of penalty is enough to hamstring any attacker. Not bad for 42 points!
