I really like the idea of companies putting some comics online for free, especially a first issue. Just to give potential readers a glimpse at what the book is about. Though I don't really care for newsarama's presentation of them ("next page" buttons would be nice) but hey, it's free. So for Elephantmen #1 and others:

I like the idea too. Though I wish they made it easier to download them for us to read at a later time. Maybe a downloadable zip or rar file. The file wouldn'tve been too big.

I read Elephantmen #1 and Cyberforce #1.

Both were pretty good IMHO. Too bad, I have no open slots for new comics right now, in my monthly reads. But thanks for the FYI!

Elephantmen is a great book! If you're interested, the series started out as a number of books under the Hip Flask title.
