Im thinking of running a solo Silver Surfer team today. If I put Saboteur on him, will the other team be able to copy the Power Cosmic TA? Or are they just SOL for a TA, since PC cannot be wildcarded?

Yes they can. Its been ruled Feats (for the most part) will override the PAC.

Its also why things like Thunderbolts (and other feats) make sure to mention "TA's that can be copied" -to prevent T-Bolts (for example) from being allowed to use CSA, PC, Outsiders, etc.

you can but the question why would you want too? you are allowing the wildcards to push w/out taking damage. some wildcards figs would be awsome w/ the the power cosmic ta.

thats why i was asking. I thought if it left them with no copy-able TA, it would be smart. But I didnt want to do it, and have them able to copy the TA. so i wont be running that card.

if silver surfer the only fig you are runnin, i wouldnt run sabatoge on him becuase you allowing them to have access to a cool uncopyable ta. if you are worried about wildcards run the BFC loyality. then they have to choose one ta and stay with it.

no, it doesnt.

it says the only pre requisite is "Any non-wild card team ability"

but the point is moot anyways

If you wanna use Sab on someone, use it on the IL version of Solomon Grundy. He's great Mastermind fodder. And the IL ta sucks. Plus you can add the Society ATA on him so you got a 50% chance of ignoring Outwit with your own WCs, and they have to stick to the basic TA.
