So, I won the One yesterday, and I'm looking for one One team at 400 points to play next week.

What figures and feats would you play, at 400 points, alongside the One-Who-Knows?

Trying to stay with characters that are at least loosely associated with Starhawk:

LE One-Who-Knows (Supernova) 123 pts.

E Firelord (Infinity Challenge) 81 pts.

R Speedy (Collateral Damage) 18 pts. as a substitute for Yondu

R Vance Astro (Supernova) 49 pts.

V Valkyrie (Sinister) 71 pts.

R Aleta (Supernova) 51 pts.

F Whirlwind (Supernova) 6 pts. on Vance

399 pts.

Good team idea.

If anyone reading this has to suppress an urge to literally hunt lunar down for suggesting R Speedy as a sub-in for Yondu (hey, he only had 18 points to work with!) just drop her for AP and Protected on OWK.

Unfortunately I don't have any of those pieces except for the One Who Knows.

Playability-wise, definitely go with Protected and AP. That up front ES/D on a 123-point character is begging to get creamed!

Maybe look at the SqSup ATA...one good double-target Mind Control might damage him onto a move/attack click!

How about a team "by-the-numbers":

1) One-Who-Knows (LE 123 Points)
2) Two-Face (vet 61 Points)
3) Troia (rookie 60 points)
4) Clay Quartermain (LE 22 points)
5) Brainiac 5 (vet 58 points)

That leaves you 76 points...maybe a rookie OMAC for 58 points?

You will have a 1-1 flier/non-flier ratio, some good Wild Card sharing potential, plus Two-face's (and later, Brainy's) Mastermind.

You want to utilize his Defenders TA, have him carry around either the new rookie Ant-man or the LE Ant-Man and t-bolt them to Defenders.

Cool! Now thunderbolt him to defenders and have the One-Who-Knows carry Ant-Man around and have a 20 defense from range with his ESD! As noted before, protected (because of his high point cost) and armor piercing (because of his dual arrow EE) aren't bad feats to put on him.

You might want to employ some other figs on your team with the Defenders TA (or thunderbolt more Avengers to it) so they can take advantage of Ant-Man's high defense too (just watch out for any one with Nova Blast!).
