Well I think a better name for this would be "What side would Deceased Marvel Characters take in Civil War?"

I was sitting here board surfing the realms when it popped into my head what side would the Scarlet Spider have taken in Civil War? I mean he and Spider were usually at odds with each other. I personally think he would have sided with Cap in the first place right when it all started.

And then there Is Captain Mar-Vell. If didn't die from cancer would he still be on earth? If so what side would he be on? Or would he be in outer space with Silver Surfer, Thanos, and all the other intergalactic heavy hitters caught up in their own war?

Makes you think doesn't it! So now what is everyone else’s opinion on this?
