And to prove it, I'll sue you for this post.
Then, after I get all the cash, and move into my new house in Bermuda, near the triangle, I'll send ya a post card.
1. Never sue poor people. I say he might be poor because he hasn't bought four cases of Supernova, in order to get those Marvel Zombie figs.
2. Spend your money on Marvel Zombie Figs.

Not quite true. Good Samartian Law means that it's only if it's a trained professional that saves you that you can really sue (you can attempt a law suit against a true "Good Samartian" but the laws tend to kibosh it really quick). Basically, what that means is if you're in a car wreck and, say, the local milkman stopped to help you, you likely can't sue him (as long as he wasn't grossly negligent); if someone who is trained stops to help you, they're open to lawsuit because they are supposed to have "special knowledge". It's one reason it makes it tricky for doctors, paramedics, etc. out in their civilian life to stop and help someone; you'll find many of us just don't acknowledge who we are if we stop to aid. It's an invitation to get sued or have our license suspended during investigation.
A good example as any for lawsuits gone amok.

However, he claims some medical knowledge, which seems to indicate he's a Doctor (not of the Doom type, i'm sure). Therefore, as such, he's loaded. Or, at least, his insurance will cover it. Since he has to pay the insurance, he cant' afford to buy the Zombie stuff...however, on weekends, he does go down to the morgue and play with the dead bodies, so, it's kinda like he's got some zombie stuff. Just don't ask him about the Jessica Drew one that always seems to get it's clothes ripped off
I'm not sure what Civil War is all about I've only read the one where Doom try's to obtain Mjoner. Is this a stupid recyclation of the mutant registration stoyline?

I'm not familiar with the mutant one, so I guess it's all new to me.
It's what cause "Freedom Force" to be created by the Gov't. Then, around the time of the "Acts Of Vengence" (no relation to Captain Badilino), they were more or less shut down and were replaced by X-Factor... Cause, who would want to read a comic full of villians working for the gov't? So, instead of giving them their own comic, they retooled the already existing X-Factor comic. 'Nuff said
Where's Ro_Gan when there's a mutant question to be answered?
Well, being the machavelian ##### that i am, I would join the resistance (i have low-level telekinesis in the marvel universe), but then join Iron man.
It just makes sense, really. I know why some wouldnt want to, but still, it makes most sense to register.
And id jy=ust have my famie's name changed and relocated or something.
I'm backing metal man, key reasons, his action though beign Stark can be seen as for profit is due simply out of fear, at least I think as much, fear that it could happen again, another mistake, with no one to blame no way to know it could happen, no precautions, and no reaction to help other then to say 'sorry'. WIth the act alot of good could come of it, but as Johnny Storm saw, so can alot of misplaced anger and bad.
