While soaring can (cannonball) Make a charge attack into ground or hovering based characters?

As long as they change their elevation during the move so that they are no longer soaring they can.


Team abilites cannot be countered (Outwitted). Neither can a character's ability to fly (the ability to soar can be countered however).

All ranges (not just range values on the dial) are cut in half from grounded or elevated to soaring.

No, soaring characters can not effect non-soaring characters or terrain in anyway short of using the Divebomb feat or when targeting Giants/Colossals.

Good to know that previously, I was doing something wrong (soaring Dr. Fate for some PC help that would be hard to hit)... and that the guy at my venue was right about the other thing this weekend, as I'd hoped to outwit a soaring character to drop them into standard range to be shot at.
