Silly question possibly(!)

If you use mind control against an opponents figure who has OW or Perplex, can you use them for your own benefit? IE Mr Mind MC's a Con artist, and uses her perplex to boost Supemans Damage. IS that legal?

And if the target is less then 100 points, like a con artist, it wouldnt take any damage itself?

When you MC a opposing character, you can have that fig do one action. If you have that figure use a power that is a free action, that's all it can do.

I'm not sure I fully understand you question on feedback damage. The damage suffered from the MC is fully on the figure making the MC attack, not the target.
