I am involved in a game right now, and a question has come up that has stalled momentum. I want to taxi my Cyclops closer to his Thor, and blast the Norseman for 4. My opponent is convinced that I cannot do this as "Flight is a superpower". I maintain that this is perfectly legal and Thor is going to get smoked. However, in the interest of fair play, I have decided to get other opinions to settle this matter.

Yup, you're right. When it says "super powers" it means "on the dial". Start blasting away.

It's not exatly superpowers "in the dial", because another fig cannot perplex RCE damage.
But you're right: cyclops can be taxied and use RCE.

Actually... Flight is not a superpower. If you take the superpower card and go through the entire list, you will not see 'flight' listed in any way, shape, or form.
