Does anyone play this game, i'm about switch over to ESPN series. The Live series is getting a little out of hand, making the game harder to play. This game isn't the same its hard to shooting free throws, dunk and playing defense. There are many other complaints about this game.

What makes me mad the most is the rating of some players. Some players could have 25 rating on 3 pointers and hit every 3 point shot in the game, i had the cpu go 5 for 5. Another thing also when players has 90 rating for there FT and still miss both shots or just hit one, they barely hit 2.

Let me go off on foul calls, when i clean block the computer they always call a foul and when they do same to me, do I get a call... *nope*

I know i can change settings but i don't like to, its not fun.. So i set the settings to be even match.


The only plus side to this game, it gives me some what of a fight.

u should have switched back in 05 when espn took over the world with their games... all EA has now is the name. Everyone of their sports games paled in comparison to what Sega was throwing out there.

you know, you could be right cause i did like the play in 2K5.. But Live 06 was good, i did like it alot.. When '08 comes out i will be switching.. But the ESPN Hockey is awful, Madden is still one best Football and ESPN Baseball is the greatest game.

Oh... Giving u a warning do not buy or even rent it Live 07, i made that mistake already, i am really waiting for NBA 2k8 to come out.. So am just playing what i got..

Yeah the last Madden did take down graphics, but improve the game play.. Who knows maybe I will try ESPN Football. I still need to get 2k7 Baseball.

This would mostly be because they signed a 5 year contract with the NFL to be the only official NFL video game out there.

ESPN NFL 2k5 was a godsend to the genre. And it cost a whopping 20 bucks when it HIT THE SHELF. The control scheme was better, the announcers weren't Madden, and the stuff you could do outside of games was a lot of fun.

The only reason Madden is considered the best is because they're the only.

I own madden 2007 for the sole reason being that I'm a Steeler fan, and everyone knows that returning Super Bowl champions get pretty nice treatment in game form. And they did.

Probably the only sports games that EA still makes that are worth someone's time is Madden (and the quality and play is rapidly slipping) The NCAA football (same as Madden, quality is slipping), and the Fight Night Series. I haven't had as much fun in a boxing game since Mike Tyson's Punch Out.

The 2K games are the way to go if you like GOOD sports games. I haven't really made much of a jump since I got most of the 2K5 games, they are still great and very playable. The 2K5 football was outstanding and it was refreshing playing a football game that didn't have Madden's mug on it.
