If V Icons Joker has Inspiring Command and Man Bat is carrying him, can Man Bat carry him again on my second turn and not take the pushing damage, being that he's adjacent to Joker at the end of his turn ?

Remember, IC requires that you be adjacent at the end OR the beginning of the action.

So, while your example has it met both ways, if Man-Bat dropped Joker along the way (via the Seperation Field Generator or Aerial Baffler), he would still not take the damage.
