Blades, claws, fangs Qwestion

Does Blades is afected by the rule of 3?

If it is afected and you only can give 3 clix isnt it ilogical that Wonder Woman from Kingdom Come have blades and she do 3 Damage clix as a normal attac?

B/C/F is a replacement value, therefore it is exempt from the rule of 3.
