Its says prerequiste of 2 damage or less. So does that mean i would not be able to put it on a fig like for example, cain marko? Or does that mean i could not use the nanobot feat until his natural damage became 2 or less? Sorry if cain marko's natural dmg does not go to 2, it was just the figure that popped into mind.

A figure needs to meet the prerequisites of a feat somewhere on its dial in order to be assigned that feat. Any figure with a damage value of 2 or lower somewhere on its dial can be assigned Nanobots, but they cannot use it until their damage drop to 2 or less.

The character must meet the prerequisite naturally on its dial. Cain never has a natural damage of less than 3 so he would not be eligible. The prerequisite must also be met naturally (ie no perplexing it down to 2) at the time it is used.

And yes, Cain Marko is a horrible example - his damage never goes below 3. He cannot be assigned Nanobots.
