Multiple Arrows and Critical Hits

Say you're making a triple arrow attack and roll a critical hit. Does each target get an extra click? Or is it just +1 to the total damage that you get to divide?

Each target gets an extra click on top of what you assign them.

Divide the regular damage up, then add 1 to what each target would get.
