1) Yes
2) The Fantastic Four Feat Card can only be played if you have a character with the Fantastic Four Team Symbol. Assuming you do, wild cards can copy it.

Yes a wild card can copy a t-bolted team ability
Yes wild cards can copy ATA's (F4, Alpha Flight,....) But you can not t-bolt an ATA you can only t-bolt TA's that are found on the PAC.
