This is probably a stupid question, but I just wanted to clarify:

Telekinetic Reach allows the character to use TK on Objects within 6 squares, but still requires them to be adjacent to friendly characters to use TK on them, correct?

All the talk of options leaves me slightly confused.

Option one is to TK a character. Characters must be adjacent in order to be tk'd. This card only applies to objects. Hope this helps.
