The ones I can answer offhand without Rulebook or PAC:
1. Yes don't confuse it with PW it doesn't ignore any powers.
2 Yes IF you used it for the primary attack that KO'd the opposing fig. For the same reason You can use BCF with Flurry.
3. Yes. All SE requires is you damage with a Close Combat attack. CCE is a Power action that grants a Close combat attack.
7 No. The effects of knockback happen after damage is dealt from the attack. The dial is checked when the knockback would be applied. You have to have CR at the time of the knockback so if you loose it from the attack you will be knocked back.
2: B/C/F activates when you give the character a close combat action. Press the Attack is a close combat action. So, yes.
3: Steal Energy activates when the character deals damage to a character with a close combat attack. Close Combat Expert resolves with a close combat attack. So, yes.
4: Yes. The figure is only in adjacency for movement purposes. The figure is in close combat for the Giant only. Unless you move up to the one square, then you are adjacency for movement and close combat purposes.
5: The character moves. If there is another character that the character can attack to in its current position (adjacent to the character with Entangle) it may. Otherwise, the Charge is wasted and is given an action token.
6: Splash damage from Energy Explosion. There could be more that have yet been seen in HeroClix.

Not quite correct. Entangle does not allow the character to do anything after it fails the roll. It is not like Shape Change which allows the figure to pick a different target (which is what I believe you're thinking about here). Support from the Heroclix FAQ:

A: Characters using Charge would simply end their movement in the square where they stopped. Characters using
Hypersonic Speed or the transporter move and attack option would be able to continue their movement if they had
any left. In either case, the character is not given an action token and cannot perform any other actions that turn.
The Charging figure would not take a token if it failed the Entangle roll. It would take a token if the target succeeded a Skrull/Shape Change roll.
Thought I'd throw in a clarification on 1 since I'm sure it'll come up... Super Senses works on any type of attack except Pulse Wave (since PW ignores all powers). This allows you to Super Sense out of a Mind Control attack in addition to any damage-dealing attacks, including being hit by the splash from an Energy Explosion.

Just to clarify, Citizen V's special power is not, in itself, a close combat action. Rather, it is an extention of the initial action.
To put it another way: You give him a CC Action using BCF and he KOs the target. He then immediately moves and attacks again (this is a Free Action, that allows for a cc attack). Since this is an extention of the original CC Action, BCF is still in effect.
