Two squares of diagonally adjacent terrain that are not the same type (such as a square of hindering and a square of blocking) are clear for movement purposes.
I put that entry in there specifically because of the situation that Miraclo asks about. I still remember the evening at GenCon where JonL, BroMags, HeroClix1234, and I hashed this issue out. Ah... good times, good times...
There are 542,000 children in foster care. Talk to your local foster and adoptive agency. You could change a life.

What IDIOT came up with the idea for that rule? ... OH, oooops, I mean, what wonderful, kind, sweet RA had too much to drink the night they came up with this rule and it made sense? LOL
Wait, now I get it ... when you had too much to drink that night, you didn't notice the bush hindering your movement, you just fell right through it, with no hinderence what so ever ... NOW the rule makes sense to me ... LOL
Just kiddin ya Hair! (Sorry, I don't know how to add in those cute winks and smiles, etc.) ... lol
I don't want to play a game of chess where dumb luck or money decides whether or not I get to use a rook... Collectibility is a necessary evil of Heroclix, not a boon.

Turns out, the computers at work limit what can/can't be shown on a screen, so even in the "advanced" view for posting, I can't see any smilies.
And to actually have valid input for this post, I think it follows the same idea as "continuous hindering terrain"..... this is "continuous CLEAR terrain".
Honestly, I'm not sure if this is the right idea or not, but it makes enough sense. "All continuous clear terrain is clear for movement purposes unless otherwise stated for a terrain situation (eg. continuous hindering or any particular terrain rules otherwise listed)".
....... I can't vouch for the fact that the same thing is hindering for LOF, though
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????

Bad ruling IMO. If it's hindering for LOF, it ought to be hindering for movement. Though I may be oversimplifying matters.
God is smarter than we are....

Could think of it like the opposite of water terrain LOL!

For movement:
You can't go through an opposing figures base, so passing between an opposing figure and hindering would be hindering (I may be wrong on this one)
You can go through a friendly figures base, so it would be the type of terrain that your friendly figure is standing in.
Puuka, that's how I've always ruled it too. That makes the most sense to me ... but evidently we've been wrong. (for me, wrong yet again ... lol)
Trust me, it's not this is that big of a deal, because it's not at all, I'm just trying to understand why if you go through the diagonal of hindering adjacent to hindering, you have to stop on the opposite diagonal as if you just went through hindering (OK, makes sense) ... if you have blocking diagonally adjacent to blocking, you cannot go through at all because it's continuous blocking (OK, makes sense) ... if you have one hindering and one blocking ... you ignore both and it's clear terrain for movement?? Huh? LOL

Can someone tell me if a grounded hypersonic figure can move along the X's where B is blocking terrrain and F is an opposing figure? Thanks.

I've got no idea why your post didn't show up as well as it did in my reply... I can actually see your diagram now. LOL!
The answer is yes for HSS because HSS ignores figure bases for movement... they can move around them as if they were friendly.
